Terms of Service
Effective date: July 12, 2026
CashMari helps users record and organize business information. It does not replace
professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
1. Account Use
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, maintaining accurate
business records, and controlling who you invite as a guest user. Guest users may
have limited access based on your account settings.
2. Subscriptions and Trials
Paid plans renew according to the payment terms shown at checkout. Trial access may
expire or become read-only if no paid plan is selected. Features, limits, and prices
may change with reasonable notice.
3. Customer Data
You own the transaction, invoice, customer, and company information you enter into
CashMari. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you store is
lawful, accurate, and properly backed up for your business needs.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful transactions, or misleading invoices.
Do not attempt to bypass security, payment, role, or access controls.
Do not upload harmful files or use the service to disrupt other users.
5. Availability and Liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance,
internet providers, Firebase, payment providers, or other third-party services. To
the fullest extent allowed by law, CashMari is provided without a guarantee that
it will meet every business, accounting, tax, or compliance requirement.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 12, 2026
1. Information We Process
CashMari may process account details, company profile information, transactions,
invoices, customers, uploaded logos, guest-user records, authentication logs, and
payment status information required to operate the service.
2. How Information Is Used
To provide cashbook, invoicing, reporting, and guest-access features.
To authenticate users and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
To process subscriptions and verify payment status through payment providers.
To respond to support requests and improve product reliability.
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses Firebase services for hosting, authentication, database, storage, and
cloud functions. It may also use Flutterwave for payments and email delivery services
for invitations or account messages. These providers process data according to their
own security and privacy terms.
4. Security
The app uses authenticated access, Firestore security rules, Storage rules, and
server-side payment verification. No system is perfectly secure, so users should use
strong passwords, restrict guest access, and export important records regularly.
5. Data Requests
To request export, correction, deletion, or privacy support, contact
support@cashmari.com.
Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, billing, fraud
prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Refund Policy
Effective date: July 12, 2026
1. Trial Period
New accounts may receive a trial period so users can evaluate the service before
choosing a paid plan. Trial access can be limited, ended, or converted to read-only
access when the trial period expires.
2. Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout.
Users are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if they no longer
want to continue with a paid plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, billing errors, or verified service-access issues.
Refunds are generally not provided for unused time after a billing period has started.
4. How To Request a Refund
Email support@cashmari.com
with your account email, payment reference, plan, payment date, and reason for the
request. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
